How to Place an Order With Us?

  • Based on your specifications, we can do a thermal calculation
  • We will work together with you to prepare your offer
  • We will assist you with export arrangements, license requirements, and documentation

  • The standard lead time is 4 weeks starting from receiving your order
  • We design your equipment according to internationally approved standards for pressure vessels, such as:
    • PED
    • AD 2000
    • EN 13445
    • CODAP
    • ASME Section VII Div. 1 (U- / R-Stamp)
    • KGS (KOSHA / KEA)
    • MHLW
    • SELO
  • Before proceeding with procurement, we will send you a General Arrangement Drawing (GA) and the bill of materials for approval

  • Our internal quality management system supervises the entire production process
  • Final inspection by notified bodies (TÜV, LRQA, APAVE, etc.)

  • Our quality management department prepares the final documentation including all documents and certificates required by you and the notified bodies

  • Inspection and repair
  • Exchanging steel parts and gaskets
  • Preventive management
    • Visual inspection
    • Measuring the wall thickness of tantalum tubes
    • Conductivity tests
