Our equipment is designed for demanding chemical processes such as chloromethane, HCl stripping, and acid recovery, and is known for its ease of maintenance. Our heat exchangers are available in various configurations, including stainless steel or steel shells, glass-enamelled steel covers, PTFE/PFA lining, or tantalum-clad steel (loose or vacuum-resistant). The tube bundle consists of full tantalum tubes. The tube sheets can be designed with lip welds or in a “flush mount” design to prevent liquid buildup and facilitate cleaning your heat exchanger.

As part of our design and calculation, we check whether an expansion joint is required to absorb material expansion. Like all our equipment, our heat exchangers undergo a thorough final inspection and testing to ensure quality and performance.
